  • 4 weekly one-on-one video coaching sessions

  • Goal-setting session: Initial consultation to establish fitness goals and benchmarks.

  • Immediate access to my complimentary 8 week Walk/Jog Program for the extent of the first 8 weeks as long as you are a client.
