Program Overview:
This program incorporates jump rope as a fun and effective cardio workout to help burn calories, improve cardiovascular health, and promote weight loss. It is combined with strength training and active recovery to maximize fat loss and support overall fitness. It is the perfect home workout with limited equipment.
Goal: Lose up to 15 pounds, assuming you maintain your diet, daily activity, and the workout routines ***Macro count included. Meal Plan not included.
